Mobile Buddy

By using Yooii Studios software you can turn your smartphone into a wireless mouse, keyboard and presentation clicker. You need to use two software products to achieve this. On your smartphone, you need to use the Mouse Kit app. And on your desktop computer you need to use the Mobile Buddy application.

Mobile Buddy is available for Microsoft’s Windows operating system and for Apple’s OS X. You won’t have any problems installing the application on your PC or Mac.
Mouse Kit is available for Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android mobile operating system. You won’t have any problems installing Mouse Kit on your iPhone or Android.

There’s not much to say about Mobile Buddy’s interface. It tells you that the server is ready, it displays the inside and outside IP, it displays the port it uses, and it advertises the Morning Kit smart alarm app. Click the cog icon from the top right hand corner and you will be presented with a dialog that lists the Mobile Buddy version you’re using, a link to the Yooii Studios website, a link to the Terms of Service, and the language used for the interface.

Mobile Buddy works like a server for the Mouse Kit app. When you interact with the Mouse Kite app, the actions you perform on your smartphone are transmitted to Mobile Buddy on your PC. Thus, you can remotely move the mouse from your phone, type in using your phone, or control presentations using your phone.

Open Mouse Kit, go to the Control section, tap “Jack-in-the-box!” and then select “Bring it on1.” A cowboy will be displayed on your computer’s screen. Check out the Quick Look video that accompanies this article to see what I’m talking about.
